{NEWS} 120606 BoA’s eldest brother was a scholar at Seoul University

On the June 5th episode of KBS2’s “Win Win with Kim Seungwoo,” singer BoA revealed that her eldest brother (Kwon Sunhwon) is a pianist who graduated from Seoul University, while her second brother (Kwon Sunwook) is a music video director who graduated from Hongik University. She also brought along a video shot by her second brother.

Right after the broadcast, BoA tweeted, “Did you enjoy ‘Win Win’? It was edited out, but my eldest brother was a scholar for three years~ He asked me to say this.”

Kwon Sunhwon is currently working as a pianist and a lecturer.

Netizens commented, “Even his educational background is different from everyone else, how outstanding” and “A brother to be proud of.”

Meanwhile, BoA also talked about how she helped pay for her brother’s university tuition fees for four years.
